2000 – Bruker Médical becomes SCHILLER Médical SAS

With the acquisition of Bruker’s cardiology business in 2000, SCHILLER expands its market access by entering the field of emergency and hospital defibrillation.

The product lines of SCHILLER and Bruker Médical already complement each other and the combination of the knowhow of both companies leads to excellent synergy effects.

In 2002, SCHILLER Médical SAS moves into its newly built site in Wissembourg, France. As already planned at the time of the acquisition, SCHILLER Médical SAS in Wissembourg becomes the SCHILLER Group’s competence center for cardiac defibrillation and patient monitoring.
